A.G.E. Interrupter is specifically formulated to improve the appearance of creping, thinning look of mature skin, caused by intrinsic or the internal ageing processes such as glycation. Glycation occurs when excess glucose molecules stick to collagen and elastin fibres, eventually binding them together and leading to the formation of Advanced Glycation End-products (A.G.E.). Glycated collagen and elastin fibres lose the ability to function normally, and the body cannot break them down and replace them, which leads to the appearance of severe wrinkling of the skin. This multi-high-potency formulation delivers three ingredients proven to help correct the appearance of visible signs of this ageing process.
