How it works
Beta-glucans are naturally occurring polysaccharides which are found in the cell wall of fungi and yeasts. They stimulate the body’s resistance to infection by helping to prime the immune system, defending itself against pathogens and foreign invaders more effectively by making the body think that it is under attack.
 
Viruses are surrounded by spikes which are able to penetrate human cells. Once a virus has invaded a cell it hijacks it, using it as a host whilst it multiplies in number before moving on to cause more damage. Elderberry works by coating the spikes on a virus so that it’s no longer able to penetrate human cells. The immobolised virus can then be ingested by immune cells such as neutrophils, particularly those that have been primed for activity from previously coming into contact with beta glucans.

SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
