Fresh and lemony with a grassy undertone, Tisserand Citronella essential oil with soothing and energising properties is most commonly used to counteract feelings of lethargy and low energy, boost a sluggish digestive system and as an effective insect deterrent. This oil is extracted by steam distillation from the leaves of the plant.
Application: Ideal in a diffuser for a room or in a blend (with a carrier oil) to ease daily ailments the natural way. Once opened, store in a cool dark place and use within 12 months.
Ingredients: 100% Cymbopogon winterianus (Citronella) pure essential oil.
Safety: For external use only. Avoid using Citronella essential oil in massage on people with sensitive or allergy prone skin. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy.
