The Good Guru Organic Vitamin C is a blend of organic Amla and Moringa. These two herbs are rich in vitamin C which supports the immune system, fights infection and protects the body from free radicals and oxidative stress. Various studies have shown that it repairs tissue, forms and boosts collagen for healthy skin, hair, teeth and nails, and assists in the absorption of iron.
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is extremely rich in vitamin C and has powerful anti-inflammation and antioxidant properties.
Moringa is packed full of rich nutrients like vitamins C, B6 and Quercetin Beta Carotene known for their detoxifying properties. It prevents atherosclerosis, improves digestion, has healing properties, balances hormones and blood sugar, and hydrates the skin.
How to Use: Take 2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
