The Good Guru Vegan Vitamin D3 + K2 formula contains 40mg of vegan vitamin D3 and 7.692mg of vegan vitamin K2 MK7 (Menaquinone-7). Both of these vitamins have a synergetic property in their actions. They contribute to normal calcium metabolism which enhances cardiac and bone health. This combination also helps to prevent calcification of the arteries by activating the matrix GLA protein.
The combination of vitamins D3 and K2 also exhibits anti-inflammatory action and promotes immune functions. It plays an important role in reducing muscle fatigue and cramps, and also improves insulin metabolism and promotes blood sugar regulation.
